*Here Comes The Money hits the arena and out walks the XCW Commissioner Doug O'Toole. He is wearing a XCW/uWa PayBack jersey and is holding a microphone in his right hand. He walks down the entrance ramp and walks up the steps and gets into the ring. He then starts to talk*

Doug O'Toole: Ladies and gentleman I have come before you to do something that I hoped I would never have to do. And that is appolgize for misleading you. I honestly misunderstood former commissioner Rick Adam's message and thought that he had held up the Slammer Brother's XCW Tag Team Championships. I didn't know otherwise until he told me. I have already taken care of the problem and that is that the Slammer Brother ARE and have always been the XCW Tag Team Champions, I appoligize for that, right now!

I also want to make it clear to Torrie Wilson that I am not going around firing people. I was just looking at the roster and seeing who hadn't RPed singly and then told them with consent of the owner that we don't need dead weight so that if they didn't RP in a week than they would be let go! I didn't threaten to fire anyone who actually RP's and is a major part of this federation seeing as how every wrestler who particiapates IS an important part of this federation!

If you are still mad at me even though I have appoligiezed senserily alot than please just leave it off the RP Board so that I can talk it out with you personally of the RP Board. I will be contacted at DADOGG@joymail.com
I hope that we can empty the RP Board of everything except RP's so if you want to yell at me some more do it to me personally and that way we can make everyone else's day more pleasant.
