JR: Ladies and Gentlemen tonight is the last night for either the XCW or the uWa! As always I am Jim Ross and I will be joined by my broadcast partner Jerry “The King” Lawler!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW

Just as JR is introducing Jerry “The King” Lawler, uWa Commissioner JD’s music The Beautiful People by Marylyn Manson hits and he walks down the entrance ramp and makes his way to the announce table! He demands that Jerry “The King” Lawler leave to make room for him.

Then Here Comes The Money Hits and out walks the XCW Commissioner Doug O’Toole. He is wearing the XCW/uWa jersey and is dancing around. He makes his way down to the announce table also and ask someone to leave he politely ask Jim Ross to go backstage with Jerry “The King” Lawler. Jim Ross does what is asked of him!

DO: Hello everyone and welcome to XCW/uWa PayBack! This will be the last show for one federation

JD: Yea, the XCW. I will not let you win we have got the better team

DO: Well anyways we’ll let the wrestlers show who has the better team. So lets get started, the first match tonight is the XCW/uWa Hardcore Unification Match.

JD: You sons of bitches didn’t say who has in the match Rob Van Dam or Torrie Wilson

The Bad Man Corporation’s music hits and out walks Torrie Wilson. Next to her walks out Rob Van Dam holding a microphone in his hand and they make their way to the ring and wait inside.

The uWa theme music hits and out walks the uWa Hardcore Champion Keith Foxx, wearing the uWa Hardcore Championship Title Belt around his waist. He walks down the entrance ramp and waits at ringside to see what they have to say.

RVD: Doug O’Toole even though Torrie asked for me to be in this match I will decline because she is still the XCW Hardcore Champion and should be in this match!

Keith Foxx still at ringside smiles widely and looks at Torrie Wilson, then RVD begins to speak again.

RVD: BUT! I will sit ringside to make sure that you don’t do anything over the line, since this is a Hardcore match I can still not get her disqualified.

LG: This match is a Unification match for the XCW Hardcore Championship and the uWa Hardcore Championship

DING DING DING

The match starts out with Keith Foxx sliding into the ring and throwing open hand fist at Torrie Wilson. She slides under him and cheap shots him in the balls. Keith Foxx goes down and hit’s the mat. He rolls out of the ring and slowly tries to crawl up the entrance ramp. He finally is able to stand up and Torrie Wilson is behind him waiting. He turns around the she goes for a kick to the nuts and Keith Foxx dodges it and DDT’s Torrie Wilson onto the steel entrance ramp. He picks her up seemingly to be unconscious and carries her backstage. She starts to struggle and breaks free falling to the concrete.

She runs at Foxx as if she was goning to spear him and Foxx jumps out of the way, just in time. Out of nowhere RVD runs out and throws a steel chair in the air at Foxx. Foxx looks at it and the get hit with a Vandaminator! Foxx hit’s the floor and a referee comes out and gets ready to count the pin just as Torrie Wilson covers Foxx. Out of the back runs out Russell Wren III, he jumps and does a big splash on Torrie who is covering Foxx. Russell then gets up and hits his vertical stink face on RVD! RVD lay on the ground and doesn’t understand. Russell then rolls Foxx over onto Torrie Wilson and the ref begins to count 1...2...NO Torrie Wilson kicks out and then Russell Wren who had earlier stolen the XCW Hardcore Title Belt runs at Torrie Wilson with the XCW Hardcore Championship Title Belt and then Torrie Wilson ducks and Russell hits Keith Foxx with the title belt. He doesn’t stop running but instead goes over to RVD who is still down and continues to attack him. Torrie Wilson notices this and covers Keith Foxx and the ref drops to the floor again and 1...2...3...

LG: Here is your winner and the Undisputed Hardcore Champion and member of the XCW Torrie Wilson.

Torrie then quickly gets up and see’s the XCW Hardcore Championship Title Belt that Russell Wren had brought out and runs and picks it up and then it handed the uWa Hardcore Championship Title Belt by the referee and she runs into the back and makes it to the Bad Man Corporation’s locker room!

DO: Well it seems that we’re 1 for 1

JD: It doesn’t matter the only thing that matters is the winner take all battle royal and you guys have no idea who your facing yet (Laughing)

LG: now it’s time for the XCW Intercontinental Championship/uWa S.O.B. Championship Unification match!

D-Generation’s music hits and out walks the XCW Intercontinental Champion Triple H. Triple H starts to walk down the entrance ramp while wearing the XCW Intercontinental Championship Title Belt around his waist. He stops and takes a drink out of his water bottle he is carrying with him. He then lifts his arms and spits it into the air.

Then the uWa’s theme music hits and out walks the uWa S.O.B. Champion George “The Bee Sting” Hornet. He runs and clotheslines Triple H while his back is turned. He then draps him to the ring and rolls him inside.

DING DING DING

Hornet then runs and goes for a missle dropkick but Triple H drops to the mat to avoid it. Triple H gets up and hits Hornet with a running knee to the face off the ropes. Triple H picks up Hornet and lays into him with a cold right fist. Hornet then pushes Triple H with his legs into the referee and rolls out of the ring. From under the ring The Duke hands Hornet a pair of brass nukes. Hornet puts them on and slides back into the ring. Triple H gets back to Hornet and just then the DX locker room floods the ringside area and tries to wake up the referee and tell him the Hornet has Brass nukes. While the referee is distracted Hornet kicks Triple H in the nuts and Triple H goes down. Just as Triple H makes his way back up Hornet hits him with the nukes. Hornet then goes for the cover. The referee rolls over and 1...2...NO

Just as the ref was about to count the 3 Road Dogg pulls the ref out and Billy Gunn runs to The Duke who is trying to leave through the crowd. He gives him a running fame asser! Road Dogg slides into the ring and takes the nukes away from Hornet and then the referee sees this and calls for the bell. He walks over to Lillian Garcia.

LG: Your winner as a result of a disqualification and the Undisputed XCW/uWa Intercontinental/ S.O.B. Champion (Both men look in anticipation) he is a member of the uWa George “The Bee Sting” Hornet.

JD: So O’Toole it looks like were tied 1 for the uWa and 1 for the XCW!

DO: Lets just see who wins the battle royal!

LG: Now it’s time for XCW/uWa United States Heavyweight Championship Unification match!

The Bad Man Corporation’s music hits and out walks the XCW United States Heavyweight Champion Icey Blood. He is wearing the XCW United States Heavyweight Championship Title Belt around his waist and runs into the ring. He un straps the belt and hands it to the ref.

Now the crowd begins to boo as the uWa United States Heavyweight Champion makes his way to the ring. He is holding the uWa United States Heavyweight Championship Title Belt in his left hand he runs to the ring and throws it in at the ref.

Tony swings at Icey Blood but falls in pain. Icey Blood looks at him confused and just starts to kick him in the ribs repeatedly. Tony rolls out of the ring and holds his ribs. He then crawls back in and is hit with a devastating power bomb my Icey Blood. Icey Blood drops to cover Tony and the ref counts 1...2...3...

LC: Here is your winner and Undisputed United States Heavyweight Champion!

Icey Blood ask for a microphone and is handed one

ICB: What the hell is going on that was way too easy even for Tony Genoa.

Just then the titontron turns on and you see NightHawk in the backstage area and he is smiling!

NH: What do you think happened I kicked this worthless piece of crap’s ass!

ICB: I wanted to win this on my own but a win is a win.

Icey Blood makes his way out of the ring and back to the backstage and goes into the Bad Man Corporation’s locker room where Torrie Wilson is waiting for him with the XCW and uWa Hardcore Championships on her lap. Icey Blood walks in and starts to talk to the BMC.

ICB: Do you think that we can trust him. You know NightHawk.

TW: I don’t know but he helped you save some energy for the battle royal

ICB: That’s true but I don’t want anyone cheating for me!

DO: Well JD it looks like were 1 up on you

JD: Don’t rub it in. Roman Espa will get back the uWa Cruiserweight Championship he has to. Or else.

DO: Well it seems that you could have had an automatic victory for the uWa but you fired Edge.

JD: Well it’s too late Edge is a member of the XCW!

LG: Now it’s time for the uWa World Cruiserweight Championship match.

Rob Zombie’s Never Gonna Stop hit’s the arena and strobe lights go off everywhere. The uWa World Cruiserweight Champion Edge makes his way to the ring and slides in. He then un straps the Title Belt and hands it to the referee. Now Latino Heat hit’s the arena and out walks Ramon Espa. He runs and jumps onto the ring apron, then jumps over the ropes and lands with his back turned to Edge. Edge hit’s the Edge O’ Matic. He then lets Espa lift himself up and Edge runs for a spear and hit’s the turnbuckle. Edge falls and Espa grabs his legs and tries to hook in the Walls of Espa. Edge is easily able to grab the rope. The ref makes him break the hold. Edge than hits an ensugiri on Espa and Espa is knocked over the top rope.

Edge starts to slide out of the ring but instead stay inside and waits. 1...2...3...4...5...6...7...8...9...10...

LG: Your winner and still uWa World Cruiserweight Champion Edge.

DO: damn you only have 1 win and that’s because you cheated

JD: Well it’s not over yet damn it.

LG: Now it’s time for the XCW Tag Team Championship Title match

The Bad Man Corporation’s theme music hits and out run The Slammer Brothers slowly walk down to the ring pointing at Doug O’Toole angrily while shining the XCW Tag Team Championship Title Belts with their sleeves. They slide into the ring and await there BMC partners and opponents The Extreme Team RVD and Sabu. The BMC music hits once more and out walks Rob Van Dam and Sabu being accompanied by Torrie Wilson. The Slammer Brothers look at Torrie Wilson screaming what the hell are you doing with them?

RVD slides into the ring quickly followed by Sabu. The two teams exchange lefts and rights. The referee finally gets the match under control and the legal wrestlers and Billy Slammer and Sabu. Sabu goes for the jugular of Billy and gets him to the ground. Jimmy runs in and tries to break up the hold. The ref stops him and while the ref’s back is turned Rob Van Dam hit’s a Five Star Frog Splash on Billy Slammer, and rolls back to his corner. Sabu goes for the cover and 1...2...NO… Billy Slammer gets a burst of energy and get to Jimmy and tags in. Jimmy comes running a Sabu and it drop toe holded into the turnbuckle. RVD then pulls Jimmy Slammer out of the ring and hits him with a Vandaminator!

He then picks up Jimmy and runs him with his legs open and slams his lower body into the turnbuckle making Jimmy Scream out in pain. Rob Van Dam then locks in the figure 4 leglock while he is still wraped up in the turnbuckle. Billy then gets up and tries to go help his brother and then is hit with a reverse DDT from Sabu. 1...2...3...

LG: Here are you winners and the NEW XCW Tag Team Champions Rob Van Dam and Sabu The Extreme Team…

Just as Lillain Garcia announces it the NEW XCW Owner Steve Tashman enter the arena and is holding a folder in his hand. He makes his way ringside and pulls out a microphone from his back pocket!

ST: Well congratulations Sabu you just won yourself and RVD the XCW Tag Team Championships, OR did you? As I am looking through my contracts I see that you are not and have never been a member of the XCW or for that matter a member of the uWa! So you know what that means, I order this match to continue!!! Billy Slammer rolls up Sabu with a backslide! 1...2...3...

LG: Here are you winners and still XCW Tag Team Champions The Slammer Brothers!

Steve Tashman leaves with a smile on his face. He makes his way backstage into his office.

RVD lets go of the figure four and RVD, Sabu and Torrie Wilson run after Steve Tashman! They make it to his office and they complain to Steve about how they just got screwed.

ST: I’m sorry If Sabu isn’t a member of the XCW or uWa he shouldn’t have been in the damn match.

RVD: What if he signs up right now can we get our rematch?

ST: Fine seeing as how you SHOULD have won the match if it was legal, I will cancle the number 1 contenders match and reschedule it later. On Monday Night Mutiny it will be The Slammer Brothers Vs. The Extreme Team Rob Van Dam and Sabu IF you have Sabu sign up right now!

Sabu grabs the blank contract that Steve Tashman is handing to him. He quickly without reading it grabs a pen and signs the contract!

ST: So it’s all set there will be no number 1 contenders match tonight and you’ll get you’re rematch on Monday Night Mutiny!

DO: So we have one less match tonight, we’ll be moving onto the XCW Women’s Championship match

JD: I don’t think that The Extreme Team will be getting a rematch for those Championships! When the uWa wins we don’t have to live up to XCW management’s promises

DO: Well even if you guys win it would be good sportsmanship to give them the match

LG: Now its time for the XCW Women’s Championship Bra and Panties match

Carrie vS. Glory vS. Ryan Tayor Vs. Angela vS. Cane Vs. Stacy Keibler Vs. Miss Stevens

The uWa’s theme music goes off and Carrie, Cane and Miss Stevens enters the ring. Now the XCW entrance music hits and out walks Stacy Keibler and Angela Fox. Then the Bad Man Corporation’s music hits and Glory is nowhere to be seen.

JD: The match has to go on with out her

DO: Well, I hate to say it but your right! Hey referee ring the bell

Steve Tashman comes out to the ring again.

ST: Hold it, I said hold it. This match is for the XCW Women’s Championship that means that it is only open the women of the XCW! Now Carrie, Cane and Miss Stevens GET OUT!!!!

They exit the ring and leave just Stacy Keibler and Angela Fox in the ring.

ST: Ring the damn bell NOW!!!

DING DING DING

Angela Fox slaps Stacy Keibler and Stacy then spears her and holds her to the ground and grabs her hair. She pulls on Fox’s hair and keeps bouncing her head off of the mat shaking her like a rag doll. Fox reverses it and does the same to Stacy. This continues for a few minutes. Stacy then grabs Fox’s pants and her ass and starts undoing her belt. She gets it undone and starts to wiggle off Angela Fox’s pants, she gets them off and waves them around and throws them into the crowd.

She then goes to rip off Fox’s shirt and Fox reverses and drops her to her knees. She then grabs Stacy’s skirt and ripps it in half and throws it out of the ring. Now Stacy Keibler rolls out of the way and gets back up. She then delivers a devastating Bich Slap to Fox! Fox falls and Stacy ripps on her shirt as she is falling and pulls if over her head and off her body!

Crowd: YEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAA

LG: Here is your winner and the NEW XCW Women’s Champion Stacy Keibler,

DO: Well looks like we win again doesn’t it?

Stacy Keibler than looks at the crowd with a sweet little smirk on her face and pulls off her top!

Crowd: Take it off, Take it off, Take if off

On Stacy Keibler’s bra is the uWa logo.

DO: What the hell?

JD: Well who won now Doug? LOL

Stacy Keibler grabs the XCW Women’s Championship Title Belt and makes her way backstage. She is seen going into the locker room of Lance Storm of the uWa!

DO: Now it’s time for one of the main events in this double main event show!

JD: That’s right this is where you will see Lance Storm kick the trader NightHawk’s ass for his uWa World Heavyweight Championship.

DO: Well, he’s a great wrestler but so is NightHawk that’s why we signed him. We’ll let the match show us who is the best.

LG: Now it’s time for the XCW/uWa World Heavyweight Unification match

The Canadian National Anthem hits and out walks the XCW World Heavyweight Champion Lance Storm. Lance Storm makes his way to the ring and slides inside, he is wearing the XCW World Heavyweight Championship Title Belt around his waist. He un straps it and hands it to the referee. He reaches behind his back and from his tights pulls out a microphone. He begins to speak.

LS: If I can be serious for a minute. I am not here tonight to let you hear the Canadian National Anthem I am here tonight four 2 reasons. The first if to kick the uWa Tratior NightHawk’s ass for the uWa World Heavyweight Championship to Unify it with mine. Next I am here to see if JD needs me to participate in the Winner Take All match. I will let JD decide. So NightHawk I am here to kick your ass for the rest of the uWa, who feel like you made a cowards move.

Just then The XCW Theme music hits and out walks the uWa World Heavyweight Champion, NightHawk. He is wearing the uWa World Heavyweight Championships Title Belt around his waist shining it and pointing to Lance Storm! And at the XCW World Heavyweight Championship Title Belt which the referee is holding.

DO: Here’s one wrestler that we will most likely keep after we win tonight

JD: I told you it’s not over till it’s over. You mean that I might keep NightHawk after WE win tonight.

NightHawk slides into the ring and attempts an early spear at Lance Storm and misses. Lance Storm then grabs NightHawk’s leg and attempts for the Canadian MapleLeaf. NightHawk cries out in pain but still reaches the ropes. NightHawk then uses his arms to jump up and hit a spinning heel kick onto Lance Storm’s face. NightHawk then tries to lift up Lance Storm so he can set him up for the Light’s Out! Lance Storm kicks NightHawk in the knee and drops him. NightHawk pushes the referee out of the ring and waves someone into the ring and all of the sudden Icey Blood comes down to the ring and looks directly at Lance Storm and then at NightHawk. Icey Blood then swing’s a gigantic punch and quickly turns it and clocks NightHawk in the face. Icey Blood then gets out of the ring and grabs a microphone.

ICB: Hey NightHawk I never asked you to mess up my match and yet you are asking for help I will not let you win that way again. You screwed Chris Jerico and you won’t screw Lance Storm!

Just as he gets done talking NightHawk staggers to his feet and Lance Storm delivers a patented Lance Storm Super Kick to the head of NightHawk. Lance goes for the cover and Icey Blood rolls the ref over to see the match. 1... 2... 3...

LG: Here is your winner and the Undisputed Heavyweight Champion Lance Storm.

Lance Storm then rolls out of the ring and picks up the XCW World Heavyweight Championship Title Belt and puts it around his waist. He then picks up the uWa World Heavyweight Championship Title Belt and puts it over his right shoulder. Lance then looks at Icey Blood and walks right over to him and shakes his hand. They then go up the entrance ramp and go backstage. Lance Storm goes into his locker room while Icey Blood goes into the Bad Man Corporation’s locker room.


The XCW entrance theme hits and out walks XCW Owner Steve Tashman with Icey Blood, Kane, Triple H, The Rock, The Galaxy, Chris Jericho and the badly beaten NightHawk! Steve Tashman pulls a microphone from out of his back pocket

ST: Well as you all know Edge has been having few personal issues with The Undertaker and has locked him inside a casket and stolen the key. So Edge you are probably expecting to get yourself into this match so get out here.

Edge walks down to the ring and waits at ringside. Steve Tashman then begins to speak again.

ST: Well Edge you are wrong and I will not put you in this match because you brutally attacked The Undertaker or Undy as you like to call him. So I have put in a replacement in this battle royal since the undertaker can’t be here. So Edge for you actions your FIRED!!!! Now here is my replacement for The Undertaker in this match. Rob Van Dam (The crowd cheers)

JD gets away from the announce table and makes his way to the ring. He walks threw the ring and slides back out the other side and stands at the bottom of the entrance ramp. He then begins to speak

JD: Now hold on we never agreed on replacing people once they can’t make it. So since The Undertaker can’t make it to the match than Rob Van Dam you are NOT in the match so get out of here. (RVD then exit’s the ring area and goes backstage) Now it is time to announce my team for the match Team uWa!

Come out here one at a time like we told you. First out walks the XCW/uWa Undisputed World Heavyweight Champion Lance Storm. Next is the man who defected to us Tony Genoa, The Duke, George “The Bee Sting” Hornet, Ramon Espa, Keith Foxx, Hardcorilious, and the man that you thought came back to you the uWa World Cruiserweight Champion Edge! They men all meet outside the ring and then all at once run inside the ring. First Kane grabs Tony Genoa and attempts to choke slam him out of the ring and while he has him in the air Lance Storm and Edge run and baseball slide Kane’s knees Kane and Tony Genoa hit the floor

KANE AND TONY GENOA HAVE BEEN ELIMINATED!

Now NightHawk runs at Lance Storm but is pulled around by Icey Blood who Powerbombs him. Triple H then slides under the bottom rope and picks up a chair a brings it into the ring.

DO: Hey he didn’t go over the top rope so he’s NOT eliminated YES

Triple H sets the chair in the ring and Icey Blood throws NightHawk to him and Triple H goes for the Pedigree on the steal chair and connects! Just the Spear of the Year, George Hornet hits the Spear Of The Year on Triple H. Now Harcorlious runs for a spear on The Rock and connects. But nevertheless still gets lifted over the top rope.

HARDCORELIOUIOUS IS ELIMINATED!

Now Lance Storm, Edge, George “The Bee Sting” Hornet, The Duke, Ramon Espa, Keith Foxx all crowd into one corner and stay there waiting to eliminate anyone who comes into the corner. Ramon Espa runs out of the group and The Rock snags him and hit’s The Rock Bottom!

DO: Yes, The Rock is taking care of business

JD: Oh, Our strategy is just a little better.

The Rock picks up Ramon Espa and hurls him over the top rope and Lance Storm sneaks up and Super Kicks The Rock in the head and The Rock and Ramon Espa go over the top rope.

RAMON ESPA AND THE ROCK HAVE BEEN ELIMINATED!

The Galaxy runs into the crowd of uWa members and is able to take out The Duke. The Duke is sent over the top rope with The Galaxy but The Galaxy hit’s the floor and The Duke is able to slide back under the bottom rope.

THE GALAXY IS ELIMINATED!

Chris Jericho call Edge and Lance Storm out they decline. Keith Foxx however does and the NightHawk grabs his arms and turns him around Light’s Out! Light’s Out! Chris Jericho and NightHawk throw Keith Foxx over the top rope.

KEITH FOXX IS ELIMINATED!

The Duke and George “The Bee Sting” Hornet run after NightHawk and Chris Jericho. Double clothe lining Chris Jericho over the top rope.

CHRIS JERICHO HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!

Just ass it happens NightHawk ducks and trips Hornet and The Duke sending The Duke and Hornet over the top rope unable to once again slide back in.

GEORGE “THE BEE STING” HORNET AND THE DUKE HAVE BEEN ELIMINATED!

DO: Oh look what just happened, We started behind you in people and have now became the majority!

JD: Oh shit they better not fuck this up

Then Triple H gets speared by Edge and is taken to the ground. While Triple H gets up Lance Storm Super Kicks him over the top rope.

TRIPLE H IS ELIMINATED!

Edge gets a hold of Icey Blood and hit’s the Edge O’ Matic

JD: Edge O’ Matic Edge O’ Matic this is turning around I knew the Canadians wouldn’t let me down!

Just as Icey Blood is getting up Lance Storm goes for a Super Kick and Icey Blood ducks and Lance Storm is sent over the top rope.

LANCE STORM IS ELIMINATED!

Edge is left in the ring with Icey Blood and NightHawk. NightHawk then turns and smiles at Edge! NightHawk quickly snags the arms of Icey Blood and hit’s the Light’s Out!

JD: Yes , Yes, Yes!

DO: Was this your plan all along?

Edge then missle dropkicks Icey Blood over the top rope.

ICEY BLOOD HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!

NightHawk then looks Edge directly in the eye and jumps over the top rope.

DO: What the hell?

NIGHTHAWK HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!

LG: Here is your winner and company to stay in bussinness, the uWa!

DO: No, No, This can’t happen

JD: Yes, Yes, It did happen ha ha ha
