Subject: lumbar spine...stenosis, djd etc....yup, that is why I go to Chiro

chiro helps ... pinching of cords and disks can make weakness in legs too - exhaustian - figure if I'm going to limp for 50 years, work like a pink bunny for 38 years....
sit alot driving for 20 years...pull myself up stairs with arms mainly....my back has "got to be out"....
anyway 12 weeks of 3x a week exercise PLUS pool also helps but 3 x at the chiro does about the same thing for me.

I really know my spine is pinching at these times: rest (laying down) or
aching and pulling (like muscle burning) in spine during day with sciatica (runs down "good" leg and behind knee - more weakness in walking.
