Still don't show up. My final tinkering is remove the cols bit completely - you have no columns to speak of, so why are you defining them? Maybe it's not showing up for some of us cuz of that... Or maybe it's just Netscape (the evil browser that doesn't display things properly sometimes). Anyway, one of my favorite sites just may help you: Webmonkey.

These guys rock with stuff like that. Their frames tutorial is pretty good, and it'll probably help you out. Not only that, they've got tutorials for pretty much anything else html-related... :) One of those reference sites worth checking out.
And you're welcome - it's no problem, really. I'm *hoping* you get this darn problem solved. I know how to do frames, and it's not really all that complicated... But it can be, if you keep getting faced with weird problems...
