Hrm.. yes, very interesting. It is unfortunate that the Equine Web Design chose to use those particular e-mails to display. I can only hope such violent RPGers are not in the majority. Although on EQD's part the 'bottom of the food chain' thing is ridiculous and rather immature. Reading the response post of the owner.. it seems to me the situation could have been handled much better... not that those particular RPGers didn't deserve what they got.
In anycase this is not giving RPG's a good reputation.

However..to my knowledge it is -not- illegal to display a photo that is not copyrighted... in which case they can do nothing legally.

I also do not understand how the web designers have any authority to give or retract permission to use their clients pictures... it should be up to the farm owner...not the web designer who is -hired- by the farm.

Plenty of RPG owners are willing to take down images if it is requested, but there are simply not enough -nice- pictures of horses out there for sim gamers to use only stock photos..and many don't want to go through the hassle of requesting use.

Hrm,hrm. I certainly understand this web designers position, but I don't believe these people are not handling it appropriately.
