Are you eager to see the Lipps or the airs above the ground? I'm sure you could find a farm in Utah that raises them.. We have a Classical Breed Show here in New England every summer, Friesians, Andalusians, Lusitanos, and Lippizaners. (also Andalusian crosses and Spanish Normans)
And the Royal Lipps winter up in (well, on an island) Lake Champlain (Vermont/New York border).
They are rare, yes, but you would be suprised how often there are rare breeds near you.
