I don't -think- you can easily connect the two sites without making the third frame or allowing it to come up in a new window. If you want the third window, like Morgan's bar above..copy this HTML and paste it into a new html page. Oh..and it will work better if you don't use the advanced editor instead of the basic editor in angelfire. You will also have to make a page with the links to paradise shores...labeled here simply as links.html
(you can change the percentages according to what size you want..just don't touch the columns percentage..it messes everything up.)

Obviously exchange the -- for <>. On the links.html page, target the links to 'main'. If you want to have a return link to Delacre from Shores you will have to make another frames page for that..same situation as above. If you are only going to allow access to the shores from delacre, you won't have to worry about it because you will be staying those frames.

Hmm..is that understandable?
