Hrmrmrmrm..
Shrinking things a bit I agree with.. but not just to one board. The Spaceport I think need to stay seperate because it is not close to the others. The outlands are not REALLY being used... but are quite useful for landing 'sneakily'.
The Infirmiry, Hall, etc..would be good in the Square as you said.
Split frames.. well.. erm.. For some reason I think it would be too complicated and -just- my personal opinion, but I think it is a bit messy.
I am a very simple person...(in more ways than one..).. and to me, the simpler the layout, the better.

But let me ask the other players for their opinions..
