What are the advantages of having a feedback program on your site? I'll tell you what. People will never compliment you, they'll only criticize everything. The first stage of Advantage is humor. You will find it funny that people are sending you so much negative feedback. The second stage is Annoyance, after this continues for another week or so. The third stage is Depression. Soon enough the realization will come that you will never please everyone and you aren't capable of making a high quality website. You're self esteem will be crushed and you will lose all desire to continue with the website. Don't give up, though, it gets better! The fourth and final stage is Vengeance. You will be filled with the undying desire to create the highest quality material to date, in an attempt to get revenge on the people who don't think you can do it. It works something like that. The point is, a feedback program would improve your site ten-fold, and you do indeed need one.
