There are several ways to cut & paste, but this seems to be easiest for me:

Highlight the text to copy with your mouse.
Right-click on the highlighted text & select [COPY] in the
drop-down box (This places the text in your clipboard).
Next, right-cick where you want to insert the text, and select [PASTE] in the drop-down box.

Done.
