Subject: Training

I take a uzen bean and start training again.

I do 10,000:
sit-ups
chin-ups
push-ups (with each arm then with one arm then with one finger)
jumping-jacks
crunches
leg exercises
punching combos
kicking combos

I do 50,000 lbs. of
pench pressing
lifting with my legs
lifting with each arm

I fly, swim, and run around the world 1,000 times with 10 tons extra added on.

Then for the rest of the day I train mentaly.
