Subject: Training

I put on 2,000 lbs on each arm. I start to do punching combos. I then add 2,000 to each of my legs. Then I add 2,00 lbs of weighted clothing.

I do 10,000:
sit-ups
crunches
jumping- jacks
chin-ups
combos
puch-ups, first with both arms, then with my left, then right, and one finger.

I run 10,000 around the world.
Swim 10,000 around the world.
Fly 10,000 around the world.

Then I repeat the process 3 more times adding 5,000 more lbs each time.
