Might want to consider having the teleporter send us to Droghaid (if possible), that way we can horse in SI if we died there, or hit the merchant and teleport to Ligen if we died in classic/frontier. Just a thought.

I agree, we should have a laundry list of things members want. Also think we should have an idea of how much memebers are willing to pay on a weekly basis to get those things so the two can be matched up. Personally, I prefer functionality over aesthetics. A hovel in a good location is better than a mansion in a poor one.
