The better their diet, wide range of fruits and veggies, the
less they need vitamins. I use LM Animal Farms Daily Liquid
Multi-Vitamins for Hamsters and Gerbils. More is not better
with Vitamins and supplements. Flyers are so small it can
be over done easily. Add it to the water. Depending how
fast the water bottle gets empty, maybe every other time you fill it.

It may be cooler here if the 90s are cooler...
