Dennis,
I noticed when I had corresponded to you in the past, that several of your emails somehow got put into my bulk mail folder... not sure why. It could be your service provider may have a reputation of being used by spammers and gets automatically dumped by certain servers.

Maybe as a test, you should try and open a free hotmail or yahoo account and see if the emails get thru. I think that might explain why you have some of the problems.
