Subject: old timers still can learn

Well, it's not true old dogs can't learn new tricks. We have this cage that is about 5 yrs old now, and Rocky has
just learned how to escape from it. The cage has one of
those doors that just lifts up then swings out. Well somehow he has figured out to push it to one side & it will
give him enough room to escape. Now Rocky is about 8 years old now (is that right Dennis?). I kept wondering in the
morning how was he getting out & the door was still closed.
So I spent a few late night nights listening & running over
to the cage to see how the "Houdini" was accomplishing the feat. Sure enough he was biting the cage door & pushing on
it just to give himself enough room to escape. I don't why but this time of the year from November to about February they are especially smart. Hiding in our closets & playing
in our clothes & stuff. And now add to the list "escape artist"
