Subject: acorn croup is in

Hey, we just came back from our annual acorn hunt. The children will be happy because last year's supply is about gone. Got some awesome large green ones this year. I didn't think we would get much of a crop this year since it's been so dry here is SC. The "children" have learned something new this month. Mom & Dad now get up at 5:30 AM to get our teenager off to school. Yea I know that's early but don't get me started on the SC school bus system. It STINKS!Anyway of course we have to say good morning. Well one morning they wanted to come out & say hello. Next thing I know, they are on their chair all snuggled in an old sweatshirt hood so I thought what the hey, let them out. Well now it's become routine that they want to come out & sleep in the sweatshirt. And if Mom or Dad are not quick enough they will rattle the door and even try to lift the door up so they can come out. Well I guess it's not true you can't teach old dogs new tricks. Oh, yes Rocky & Sidney about 8 years old & still no babies. Tried to introduce Reiko who is about 3 now to Rocky but all we hear is squabbling between them. Atleast they will tolerate each other for a couple of hours in the evening. Sidney & Rocky sleep in the hood and Reiko sleeps in the sleeves of an old sweat shirt.
