Interesting to note on his résumé, his most advanced completed education is as a Bachelor of Arts! All other 'degrees' (only three, at that, and one of those from the college that awarded him the BA ...) are honorary, from Ohio schools.

I'm amazed that the Colombus Zoo would hire as a director someone with a 'BA', and nothing further in educational accomplishment. No Bachelor of Science, not even business degrees (which one would expect, for a director of just about anything commercial -- and zoos are commercial.)

I have seen this fellow, on Letterman, and he's a bit of a ditz, imho -- which is why he's on Letterman -- and he's not particularly good at handling the exotics he brings.

BTW, I personally think it's time to stop thinking of flying squirrels as 'exotics'. They are not exotic. Unusual as companion animals, yes; but not exotic.
