There are some patterns by Jeanne Bowers who creates the "Southern Roots" collection. Some of the patterns are good, but they are not as refined as I would like them to be, I guess that's where skill comes in to improvise. Also Dimensions has a couple of patterns in their regular and Gold Collections. There was an artist that I purchased some time ago called "Creative concepts, which made some beautiful patterns but I have been unable to find anything else by them. Also check with Selma Yarns or 123 stitch. They usually have some beautiful patterns that are reasonable.

This is just a start, because I have been unable to find some good patterns in the store also. But if you have an opportunity to check on line and fine the pattern/kit that you want, go to your cross stitch store and ask them to order it for you.
