Subject: leads Sterling Silver into the barn

she smiles as they walk down the aisles, trying to find a stall. "Here we are; this is your new home!" She spots an empty stall and sees the blank name board on the stall door. "That'll be your stall, Sterling." she ties his lead rope to the post beside the stall and gives him a thorough grooming. when she's done, she puts in fresh straw for bedding. she then fills the water bucket and the grain bucket. she also adds a flake of hay. with some white paint, she writes on the name board: "Sterling Silver". she unties Sterling's lead rope and leads him into his stall. she unhalters him and walks out of the stall, latching it behind her. she hangs up the halter and lead rope and then pats Sterling's nose. "We'll do something tomorrow, Sterling. Settle in soon." she offers him an apple slice and then slips a horse cookie in the grain bucket. with a final pat, she walks out.
