The South Stables
*You ride in on your horse, and dismount as you walk into the barn. You come to a stall where Yunomi is brushing Lonely Twighlight's mane* Oh! Hello! *she says cheerfuly as she begins to give Twighlight a cleaning with a wet towel* How are you doing? Do you want a stall to put your horses in? You can keep them here, or you can put them in your private stable. When you need to feed your horse, go around back to the storage room. There's plenty of food, and a wide variety of it. *she points to a corner of the barn to a long, coiled up, green hose* That water is so fresh, you could drink it yourself. There's no chlosrine in it. *her eyes twinkle* We use a different filtering system, here. *she nods her head in the direction of the celing, since her hands are busy scrubbing Twilight* See the loft up there? You can get plenty of supplies for caring for your horses. Remember to give them plenty of exersize and don't let them be cooped up all day. If you think you're gonna be gone for a while, leave the swinging door in the back of the stable open. It has a fenced-in path that leads to the pasture. If you want a private stable, post your name, the name of the stable, and the address to it.

Leads -- Maxine and Senny, 16:11:04 01/17/02 Thu
Leads in both Senny and Fancy with her foals, smiling hugely. Putting Fancy in the stable to her right, she then puts the foals in the same stable beside her so they will have eachother fir comany. Careful leads Senny across the aisle, who whinnies a little weakly, still painful from the wolf attack a week ago, just having gotten out of the hospital. Elegant arab femme pins lobes as ripped ear is harrassed by buzzing fly, and tail lashes out angrily like a whip. *Senny! STop that girl!* She says sternly, and puts Senny in her stall. *No more of that...I know your uncomfortable, but that's no reason to be ill-tempered!* States simply, and gives a final pat before closing and bolting the stall door and returning to Fancy. Eyes shinnnig with happiness, she goes into the stall. *Hey there Fancy girl...it's been awhile since I last saw you like this eh? Glad to have you back!* Gives her a huge hug before closing the stall door tightly, and making sure that it was lastched and she was comfrtable. Goes over to the foals stalls too. *Guess I better get to know you two tomorrow..it's getting late, and I better be going. G'night everyone...* Calls to all the horses down the empty aisle, and Senny whinnies out a lone call before starting to eat her hay off the haynet. Optics glnace to the newcomers, nickering curiously, no longer in bad temperment now that the fly had left her infected ear alone.

(ooc-what's the foals/colts/fillies names again?)

Pats him gently, making sure he has feed and water before closing the door carefully and walking back out to continue dinner with Rem and Nori. *Don't worry Chnace, he'll be fine. Come on boy, let's get back to dinner shall we?* Gets in the truck and drives off.

*chesnut femme's lobes perk up as shuffling flints are heard in the stall next to hers. Elegant arabian dial is tossed with vigor, silken mane tousled yet perfect. Muzzle dips outside door, neck cranning as honeyed optics land 'pon small colt. Snorting slightly, tail licks at muscular haunches calmly, and ashen lips part to emit comforting nicker*

Putting them in beside her other horses stall, Senny, she smiles and gets them out of the halters. *For now you two can stay side by side...I'll see you both in the morning. G'night.* Gives each a loving pat before moving out of the barn for the night.
