Let's see. A 95 GTS with less than 300 miles on it will probably have dried out seals, hoses, and tires. It may look better than new, but it ISN'T.

I wouldn't buy it for $40k. IMO, if it had about 30k miles on it, it would be worth MORE than with only 300 miles. YMMV.
