It's pretty easy. Open the sunroof most of the way. There are three Philips screws near the front of the panel, recessed a bit, that hold the panel in place. Take those out (use a magnetized screwdriver) and you should be able to wiggle the panel out. At the back edge of the panel there are 3 bumpers that are tipped with felt plugs. You can order them from Porsche. Don't think any of the Big 3 carry them. They are easy to replace. You can try to glue something to them if the felt is worn away, but I wasn't too successful at doing that. There is a message that describes this in Greg Nichol's tip collection, but it doesn't add anything to the above.
