Subject: Fluid in rear lighting units

I've got an 88S4 that gets water in the rear taillight units (the bulbs even) and blows the brake bulbs whenever it rains. That's not often out here in So Cal but I think I'd better solve the problem anyway. Any idea how I can stop this from happening?
