I'm no mechanic, but I know that white smoke is a SCARY, SCARY THING. I don't want to put the fear of God into you or anything, but it frequently means a cracked head. I just know that in PPI read-ups, it always says if any white smoke is coming from the exhaust, run like h&ll...

Like I said, I'm nowhere NEAR a mechanic, so only pay my words a very slight amount of heed. I very much hope it's something simpler for you. I'll certainly keep my fingers crossed (although that makes it quite difficult to type).
