Thanks guys, It looked to me like screwing them off made sense, but it seems on mine they're really tight and I'm hesitant to force them. The idea off snapping on and off makes sense as well. I'll work carefully and see if I can get them off by turning. Perhaps different years have different approaches? That doesn't seem too smart from an engineering/manufacturing standpoint for something as simple as speaker covers, but who knows!? I would think Porsche would stick with the smartest approach, screwing them on and off. Thanks again for all the help. This is a great resource for info!
