Subject: Help removing Instrument Pod

Hello!
I have an 84 US 928S that I am trying to remove the instrument pod from. I read the tips from Greg Nichol's web site, but I have hit a snag which I hope someone here can help me with. I have removed three of the four bolts that hold tis pod in place, but the fourth bolt on the ignition switch assembly is giving me fits. The bolt that is visible from below is immovable as far as I can tell. I removed the hazard lights button so now I can see the top side of the ignition switch assembly and there is the real pod assembly bolt, located above the ignition switch and completely unreachable. The bolt I was trying to remove seems to just hold an L-shaped arm to the ignition switch assembly that the real pod bolt uses. You would think that removing the bolt that holds this arm woudl free the pod. Yet, the bolt wont move and I have stripped it clean. Does anyone have any advice for me as to how I can get this pod off so i can do my repairs? Thanks in advance.

Erik
