I live in PA also and have Erie Insurance (Western PA Insurer). The things you can look at to get rate down is:
1. Insure for 9 months and garage for 3 months.
2. Look into having an "agreed amount for your coverage" meaning you insure the car at an agreed upon value. I was actually able to increase my car value coverage while lowering the premium. They told me the reason they can do that is if someone wants an agreed value it is usually the type of car someone is more likely to take care of and less likely to have claims on (If that makes sense). The other thing is I have it as a pleasure vehicle that has less than 8,500 miles per year put on it. If you use yours everyday then all the stuff I jsut wrote probably won't work.
