Subject: Gauges hard to read at night? Low illumination...

I know the illumination is not very bright in my 88 S4. However, there is a company working on an inexpensive solution. Speedhut is in the process of adding the 928 to their line of indiglo dial or reverse indiglo gauges. They are $130 with shipping and install easily. The catch is, they need 20 pre-orders to start tooling. They are offering every gauge variation for 77-88 928s. Each one is tooled to your specification as far as color, lettering, etc. It is possible to keep the stock look with black dials and white lettering that glows at night. I don't mean to sound like an advertisement, but I am hoping that we can get 20 people on board to make it a reality. They currently have 11 orders. Check it out at www.speedhut.com and click on the 928 product development section. The look very cool. You can also check out a long thread on this subject on the rennlist 928 board.
