Help!!!! Buying a 928 S4 - 1987

Hi,

Posrche 928 is the car of my dream. Now, I found one but with salvage title because it's a theft recovery. If someone can have a look up for this VIN: WP0JB0924HS860681. Thanks a lot.

The exterior of the car is: rear lock cylinder is broken, left side door and quarter panel have key scratches, left rear light is cracked, right quarter panel has damage.

Considering I can buy the car for 6500$, and knowing i'll have to 'restore' it, is it a good price? Actually the car run and drive. If it is a worse case situation, how much do you think it gonna cost to have it in good shape.
