Open to all at-large contestants. Girls birth to 16 yrs, Boys birth to 4 yrs. Awarding LARGE crowns, custom sashes and more. All contestants receive a large tiara, custom WV plaque, t-shirt, custom garment bag and more. This is the "Hollywood" themed pageant you've heard about with the "red carpet" and all. This is an upper level glitz pageant with great awards for only $150 (If entered by March 1st).
