CHRISTMAS BEAUTIES – HELPING TO BENEFIT TOYS FOR TOTS!!

A portion of the proceeds of this pageant will help to benefit Toys for Tots. We will also be accepting new and unopened toys to donate to the charity.

This is a natural pageant system that will focus greatly on facial beauty. We will have refreshments during intermission. NO DOUBLE CROWNING!! Supreme winners will not be placed in line up.
Attire: Christmas Wear. Can be custom made or off the rack. No hairpieces, no false eyelashes and age appropriate make-up only. We are looking for the natural contestant, but have fun!! Beauty modeling only - no pro-am!
Girls: 0-11, 1yr, 2yr, 3yr, 4yr, 5-6yr, 7-8 yr, 9-11 yr, 12-14 yr, 15 & up. Boys: 0-23 months, 2-4, 5 & up. Age divisions may be cancelled or combined at director’s discretion. We will not have a grace period.
GRAND SUPREME: This will be the person with the highest score of the day. The winner will receive a nice crown, trophy, and a gift.
MINI SUPREME (0-4 & 5-up): Next highest scores of the day. The winner will receive a nice crown, trophy, and a gift.
NOVICE SUPREME, BEAUTY SUPREME, AND NATURAL SUPREME: The winners will receive a nice crown, trophy, and a gift.
QUEEN/KING: Each age division queen will receive a trophy, crown, and a gift. There will be a first and second alternate in each group; they will receive a trophy and a gift. Everyone will receive either a trophy or crown and a gift. No one leaves empty handed.
OPTIONAL WEAR: Christmas sleepwear. Think the night before Christmas or waiting on Santa Claus. This category is to help us raise money for our charity. We will have a winner in each division and an Overall winner. Have fun with this one.
OPTIONALS: In each age division, a winner will receive an acrylic trophy or a victory trophy for Most Beautiful, Best Dressed, and Most Photogenic. (Please bring a photo with you to the pageant. You may enter one photo. Photos can not be retouched.)
OVERALLS: One will be picked from all the contestants. The winner will receive a nice trophy or plaque. (Note: if you win an overall award, you must have won the optional in that age division.) These are Most Beautiful, Best Dressed, and Most photogenic. We will also be offering Overall Eyes, Overall Smile, Overall Hair, Overall Personality, Overall Sleepwear, Overall Rising Star, Overall Natural Beauty, Overall Most Eye Catching, Judges Choice, and Directors Choice.
(Must have 15 contestants by deadline to award prizes stated. The more contestants we have, the more awards we will offer.)
Enter for free: Ask director about selling tickets.
Referrals: Refer 4 new people to this pageant and you may enter the Supreme Package for free. Otherwise take 15.00 off for every person that lists you as a referral.
DEADLINE TO ENTER IS NOVEMBER 10th, 2003 DEPOSIT REQUIRED BY NOVEMBER 10TH, 2003 IS $30.00 COST OF PAGEANT IS $60.00 OPTIONAL SLEEPWEAR IS $15.00
PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE LATE. THE PAGEANT WILL START ON TIME. IF LATE CONTESTANTS ARRIVE BEFORE THE FINAL AGE GROUP, THEY WILL BE ALLOWED TO COMPETE IN BEAUTY AND COSTUME ONLY. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED. BALANCE AT THE DOOR MUST BE PAID IN CASH ONLY. THERE WILL ALSO BE A DOOR ENTRY FEE OF 5.00 A PERSON, EXCEPT FOR CONTESTANTS AND CHILDREN UNDER 10. ALL TIES WILL BE BROKEN BY THE FACIAL BEAUTY SCORE. DO NOT CALL AND ASK FOR NAMES AND NUMBERS IN GROUPS. DO NOT SHOW DISRESPECT FOR CONTESTANTS OR YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND FORFEIT ALL AWARDS. THE STAGE WILL BE SET UP IN A BACK T FORMATION. THERE MAY BE EXTRA DOOR OVERALLS OFFERED AT THE DOOR FOR $15.00 AND THESE ARE COMPLETELY OPTIONAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. THERE WILL BE A 10.00 LATE CHARGE FOR ALL DEPOSITS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE.
(This pageant will be judged on facial beauty, overall appearance, and
personality/stage presence. Sleepwear will be based on overall appearance and personality/stage presence.)

I hereby understand the Kentucky’s Naturally Beautiful , staff, directors, and facility is not responsible for any accident, illness, injury, theft, stolen or lost property that may occur before, during or after the pageant. I agree to be responsible for any money owed to the director and the pageant. I understand that any disruptive behavior can and will result in disqualification and prizes forfeited. I understand that judge’s decisions are final. By
signing this form, I relinquish all right to file claim against Kentucky’s Naturally Beautiful, directors, and facility. I also understand that prizes and awards can and will be reduced if not enough contestants. I also give
permission for Kentucky’s naturally Beautiful to use any photos for publicity.
