Posture is something I suffer with too. One trick is PRACTICE! At school, work, while watching tv, in car rides. just keep your eyes up and shoulders back. Also pretend someone just dropped an icecube down your back, it works. Start out by setting little goals like in the car say to your self "I will have perfect posture until we get ot the top of that hill" and then gradually increase until you have perfect posture. Hope this helped

I have some tips for you!

1. ALWAYS mount on your left side.
2. Only put the ball of your foot in the stirups.
3. DO NOT jerk the reins it will hurt the horses mouth!
