Subject: my boyfriend may be cheating but i dont know

My boyfriend is very manipulative and he always has an excuse for everything. He is a ttracted to girls with kids but I don't have any and I constantly think he willl cheat on me with a woman with kids. He tells me that he loves me all the time and he tells me that I'm pretty. One night he came to my house in a different car that had a baby seat in the back and he said that it was his friend girl's car and that he was using it while she was at work. The next night I called him and a female picked up the phone and said that she was his woman. Days later he called me saying that she was staying with him because she got kicked out of her house. He let her stay with him even though he knew her for a week and a half. Then he told me he was using her to buy groceries for his house and he put her out because I couldn't take her living ther with him. He said that he was just seeing what he could get out of her. He said that he only loves me, not her and that he put a ring on my finger and not hers. I want to know if he is cheating. He always seems to have an answer and excuse for everything that I ask.
