Subject: i wanna know if my boyfriend is cheating on me ?

I want to know if my boyfriend is cheating on me.he goes on cam with other girls and says that they are friends that hes known for a long time.Whenever we are talking he takes forever to write me back and when I have to say "hello are you there" he comes back and goes yea im here sorry. we have been together for almost 3 months and I love him more than anything in this world. He tells me he has to go out of nowhere and doesnt say bye or i love you or anything just leaves and goes offline. PLEASE let me know if I have anything to be worried about.
