Subject: Is he cheating?????

Lately I have been getting these crazy ideas that my boyfriend is cheating. The crazy part however is that the way he acts towards me might make most women jelous. There has been small things that I have noticed, like he says he will call me at a certian time then calls 2 hours later with some type of excuse. When he does call me he apoligizes and tells me that he loves me and he wishes that he could talk to me. Lately he calls me and asks me what I plan on doing that day when we had no plans to see eachother and he dosent stop by. Could it be possible that the most affectciant person could be seeing someone else? Is he cheating???
