Hopefully, faster loading and less hassles with this NEW IMPROVED SFL Chat Room....

try it out and see...

I'll put a post up tomorrow regarding a "Scheduled Chat Meet" tomorrow night (Monday) at approx 8.00pm (EST)

but, there'll be a post up in the morning regarding and confirming that..

meanwhile, try the new room out and see if we can iron out some of the problems we've had in the past with other chat rooms..

Hi.
Okay, firstly I'm just giving this a 'try'.
I'm a partner at an acupuncture clinic, and as such see pretty much all problems that we all get.
Now I'm not a doctor (and proud of it), but I am privy to a lot of sensitive information regarding the state of general health in this country.
Recently I came across a document from the U.S. which was dated 1958. I don't have a copy yet - but I will have soon.
This document came from congress and it stated that the U.S. at that time was approaching zero mineral content in the soils.
What does this mean? Well it means that farmers have no financial incentive to replace lost nutrients from their farming.
To cut a long story slightly shorter - we in the u.k. have farmed harder and for longer.
Our soils contain nothing for fruits and vegetables to 'take up', so effectively they are 'barren'.
If you want to obtain nutrition from a carrot - you'd have to eat virtually the whole crop. How big is your stomach?

The truth of the matter - which'll soon see the light of day if I get my way, is that as a country - we are malnourished.
We are eating barren and often harmful foods and then we go to the gym for a 'fuel-less' workout.
So, (sorry to go on), if you are restricting what you eat - how does this help ? You are already starving your system of vital fuel.
There never will be the perfect diet - and I'm amazed that people don't know this information.
By the way - I obtain my information from the biochemical industry, which is approximately thirty years ahead of medicine.
So, in closing, I'd like to ask you 'when was the last time you brushed your teeth in rat poison'? This kind of activity, and many others like it, is the reason for peoples innability to shift accumulated fat, this and the consumtion of damaged foods.

I'm on a mission to help as many people that want it, and I'm not going to do it from a medical/pharmaceutical perpective. I don't sit in the back pocket of any company - I just give straightforward sensible advice.
I have countless testimonials from people who benefit.

The bottom line ?
Nutrition. If you don't take vitamin and mineral support daily, then you are starving your body. If you are starving your body - you will develop a deficiency disease sooner or later.
