Managed to gain 1.5kg, due to eating crap for the last week. Gotta get back on track in a major way, as all I am doing is going backwards.

My goals for today:
To walk 5km (done)
To drink 2 ltrs of water (half way there)
To stay OP (so far so good but its only 9.30am)

I desperately want to get things moving downwards again....i've had enough of looking in the mirror and being repulsed by what I see.
