Hi All
This looks great Anne but I think I'll take a bit of time getting used to the new format. I've already posted this once and it didn't work. (oh well, hopefully this time)

Lost 800g this morning which takes me down to 89.2kg.
YEEEEEEEEEEHAAAAAAAAAAAAH. :-) :-) :-)

How did you go this week Anne or have I missed that post.
