OK - so we have a new forum. Hi everyone!

But the problem for me is that it's too cumbersome to use, and I don't think I'll be able to participate much if we use this format.

It takes me forever to open every reply to each message. On the old emessage forum, each reply was shown automatically. Because of the time this takes, and the fact that I'm at work, I can't afford to look at every message, I'm afraid.

I'm sorry about this, but I really won't be able to take the time it requires if we use this format. I'll check in whenever I can, but it won't be as often as before.

On another note, my tests have all come up negative, but I'm still having the headaches. The doctors believe it could be related to my neck, but they want me to try beta blockers for 1 week to see if it will stabilise my blood vessels. I'm also not allowed to weight-train for a week. Hopefully, things will improve soon. But I'm still tracking and doing a little cardio work just to keep my body moving.

I am finding the same thing with this forum too Shashi - it is too cumbersome to check each reply - I don't know why they design them like this. ( no disrespect to you Anne...I really appreciate what you have done to find us a replacement - I'm just finding it hard at the moment to manage this format)

Shashi - I hope your health problems settle down soon...I can just imagine how hard it must be for you not to excerise.

I hope you will still update us each week with your weigh in results
( or better still, that emessage forums get their act together and we can all go back to that)

Cool..Glad I could fix it for you Shashi :)...

to be honest with you all..

this forum has so many good aspects bout it for me as admin.. including easy setup, banning, ip tracing, colours, etc.. I do prefer it to Emessage for that reason .. but that's my humble opinion..

I understand that Emessage Forum is a simpler forum.. for you guys.. (not me as admin. it drives me CRAZY):)

But.. majority rules :) so, if you'd prefer to ONLY use Emessage and nothing else even if Emessage isn't working.. then so be it.. :)

anyway, I'm going to leave this one up and running.. even as my "alternate" forum.. :)
