I was fortunate to have been chosen as one of the people featured in an upcoming WW magazine. I don't know which one, but today I had a ball at the photo shoot for me and another girl.
I can't share about clothes etc, but they chose the clothes and had a stylist for hair and makeup. They were wonderful people and it was a great learning experience.
I felt really privileged to think that I was chosen too as the other girl had lost so much more weight than I had, and she looked fantastic. I gather they choose different people from the entries to WW competition of the year throughout the rest of the year, so it's worth entering the annual competition.
I'm also pleased to note that I am now back to below goal weight again, as I had been having trouble because of recent hormone problems, brief trip to hospital and not walking enough. I stuck to my points even thought I didn't walk, and I've got back down. So now it's back to walking as well.
Petite height 5'2" - 157cm, Current 56kg (my Lifetime goal was 56.5)

WOW Karen - that must have been SO exciting! What an absolute thrill for you - a great reward at the end of a very fruitful effort. Well Done! Just goes to show - enter competitions!
I look forward to seeing your "centrefold!" hehehe...let us know what month it's going in - won't you?
Oh, and I reckon it's a struggle to lose weight no matter how much you have to lose - often it's the last couple of kilos that are the hardest! (I'll vouch for that one!) So don't minimize your achievement.

WOW Karen, we are going to have a real life centerfold in our midst :-)
It must be great fun, I often dream that I will be in the mag one day :-)

Wow Karen - that is terrific news and what an amazing experience it must have been. I can't wait to see the photos - this is going to make looking forward to my magazine arriving even better!
