1/2 cup short grain rice
1/4 cup water
3 cups skim milk
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla essence
410g can WW sliced peaches in natural juice, drained
ground cinnamon
1. Combine rice & water in medium saucepan. Cook gently until water is absorbed. Stir in milk, sugar & vanilla.
2. Cook over low heat for 15-20 mins or until liquid is absorbed and rice is cooked. Remove from heat & cover surface of rice with plastic wrap.
3. Layer rice & fruit into 4 glasses. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
