Steak-N-Shake

A friend of mine and I were racking our brains trying to remember the name of the guy who was the 'Curb Manager' at Steak-N-Shake during the 1960's. He was a large 'rotund' man who wore a white cap and white shirt with black trousers. He was in charge of keeping the peace on the lot I think. Anyone remember him? ...Ps- I do remember one of my HS buddys mooning everyone at Steak' from inside MY car as I drove us through :-)
