Subject: Miss Buckman ( Mrs.Eder) Former teacher retiring

To: Ritenour alum folks
My wife Linda taught English at Ritenour Junior High from 1965 -1970. She was "Miss Buckman" 1965-1966 and "Mrs. Eder" from late 1966 thru 1970. She is retiring at the end of this year from Hazelwood Central. As you all probably know, teaching is pretty tough now and she has spoken of the "early days" at Ritenour with nostalgia. On the off chance that any of you went to the Jr. High and perhaps had her as a teacher (And she didn't flunk you), I would appreciate a short not from you addressed to me at this email address. I will compile them and give them to her at her retirement. If you know of a classmate who may have been one of her students, please pass this along.
