Wow, Oaks is a little out of the way. I'm guessing NJ side like Cherry Hill and Mount Laurel are booked up too?
Just a warning, comparing X Live to Downtown Disney is a stretch. It is nice, I can't remember having anything like this around here, but... well, you probably knew that anyway. One good thing is that it's in a good spot. Plenty of access to it and parking too. They have live music at times too. They have an online calender where you can check to see who is playing and when. That might be useful if you're trying to avoid big obnoxious crowds.
