Subject: Forming an all girl group, (R&B, Pop)

I am looking for girls to be in the next best thing.

I am looking for girls, who want to be in an all girl music group. Must be serious, no fake's. Must have the looks, singing voice, and also good dance move's but not require, there always practice. Must be serious. Must be 22 or older. Sorry.

I haven't made an audition date yet, I'm trying to find a producer to help me form the group. I have a producer on the side, but rate now he is helping one of the biggest stars out there with their cd, So he told me to do whatever I see fit, so please apply if you are interested.
