Subject: pop/rock/alternative/r&b group boyband

What's up!! My name is Dan, and I'm 20 years old. Me and a couple of other guys are tryin to make a boyband/group similar to a style of Justin Timberlake/O-town/Goo Goo Dolls/Usher. Kinda like a pop/rock/alternative/r&b sound. I've been tryin to do this for a while now, but havent' found the right dedicated and hard-working guys to do so. How old are you? Do you have any experience. Do you songwrite. I do. What is your range for singing? I am between a baritone-tenor.
