The Brickyard show kicked my ass on thursday. Holy SH**! 3 sets of music for free. Actually, I don't think it was free but I got there early because Joe said they had $1 Buds on Thursday nights. CDD went on at about 10:30 and rocked my f***ing socks off. They pulled out a lot of good old tunes off of Soma Project and the rare Kellar's Jungle was a delicous treat. The new stuff kicks ass too. Covers that were played were Counting Crows' "Anna Begins" and Stevie Wonder's "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" and obviously they played "Scenario". If they played any more than that its beyond me because one can only have so many $1 beers before their memory gets fuzzy.

The crowd got pretty big during the 1st and 2nd sets but thinned out during the third. The band said they will be back there in September so that should be another Candid Cream Dream. Don't quote me but I thought I heard a 9/19 in there which is another Thursday so that would make sense.
