Yes the battle of the bands for ithaca college is open to the public. Every bands plays a couple tunes. The emerson suites one campus is where they are having the even and it is scedualed to run from 8-11. I don't think they are charging to get in but i think they are asking for donations to help the nycfd. So to answer your question yes, bring as many people as you want/can, we definately need all the support we can get there are a lot of good bands entered. See you there- J.P.
