Subject: You've got some Seattle Fans

Hi Guys,
Hope this message finds you well. I found out about you all through Brie, a fellow DMB fan. She sent me you cd and its been seein huge play for me and my friends out here in Seattle/Washington State. You guys are producing some fine music out there.
I'm very involved in the live recording/trading scene for DMB, Phish, Widespread Panic ect...and finding a new "jam" band is a real treat. The music your making is a lot of fun. Good grooves, funky base-lines, nice giutar riffs with some fun noodlin thrown in there...lots of tin taps keepin it all rollin, and some kick as lyrics delivered by a vocalist with a nice voice that's got some range.
I'm hoping you'd consider a trip out west...you'd all make a killing in Washington. If you played a three city run in the college towns in Western Washington you would develope an instant fan base out here. The Evergreen State College (Olympia, WA) had Phish and DMB amongst other play there before they were big and you should do the same. Then hit Seattle, and Bellingham...I could personally see that 50-100 folks show up to dance the night away and jam with you all..i think you all would appeal out here...everyone I've played you for thinks you're real talented.
Also...Im going to be in NY & Pennsilvania this october for a friends wedding, any chance of catching you all while im their?
You all are makin some fine music...keep it up...you've got a real nice sense for the sound you want to make...dont let the people with the $ change that...stay true and the $ will come...you're all obviously on your way.
I'd love to send you some music to listen to from my collection...if you're interested someone give me yell and ill hook you up-
be well,
jonas
